If you have a Provider Level User account, you must complete account authentication before you can start using Elation. Account authentication allows us to verify your identity and credentials before we can grant you access to certain functionality in the EHR.
Upon logging into Elation, follow the in-app authentication workflow to complete the required steps. Feel free to review this help center article for more details on each step of the process.
Elation’s Settings section includes everything that you can configure to customize your Elation account.

After the Report is linked to the Data section, you can access it directly from the Visit Note. Hover over the Report name in the Data section and click the “View” button.

Please also check the “Reports” queue to look for any consults that are received via eFax or uploaded by your practice.
