Billing Home saves time, and improves insight into your practice's finances Reviewing, editing, and releasing bills is easier and more efficient with the enhanced and redesigned Billing Home, which replaces the legacy Billing Report.
The enhanced worklist provides increased visibility for all bills, regardless of status, as well as the ability to search for bills. Within Billing Home, users can perform time-saving actions with a single click, such as viewing the corresponding visit note or opening charge entry. For improved clarity and downstream workflow effectiveness, we have also updated the user-facing bill statuses as part of the Billing Home release.

New Billing Home worklist
Below are additional highlights of the new experience:

Enable and control the “Bulk Send Bills to PMS” functionality in Practice Settings > Billing.

Worklist filtering capabilities, including filtering and selecting bills by status.

Functionality to view visit notes without an associated bill.

The ability to resend failed bills to the integrated practice management system (PMS).
To support the transition to Billing Home, we have also created an in-workflow tutorial which will help orient staff to the new end-user experience. The tutorial can be launched by selecting the (?) icon next to the Billing Home header.
