Integrated AI documentation and in-chart scribing for the EHR gains praise from early adopters  

SAN FRANCISCO, August 27, 2024 — Elation Health, the clinical-first technology company powering innovation in primary care, today announced the release of its ambient note generation product called Note Assist, an embedded artificial intelligence (AI) solution for its Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform, designed for the complex patient visit requirements of primary care. 

With Elation Note Assist, the details of the physician-patient visit are ambiently transcribed and intelligently incorporated into a structured note. This solution also works with the physician’s own note templates, taking into account both existing note context and patient details to craft high-quality, precise documentation in near real-time. Details from the visit conversation continuously populate the template and other discrete sections of the note, reducing documentation effort while also helping clinicians to quickly get a sense of visit completeness and confirm any final details with the patient.
